Any third-party matching fund contribution or expenditures must he made with the
effective dates specified in the attached Grant.

All financial records including match documentation, relevant to this project shall be
retained by the Grantee until five (5) years after submittal of the Final Financial Status
Report. The Grantee must obtain authorization from the Arizona Department of
Environmental Quality prior to disposal of any records.

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality may, at any time, audit these files
so ensure compliance with the Match Record-Keeping Requirements. The
Department reserves the right to disallow contributions deemed inappropriate or
unreasonable either during an audit or during the review of your detailed schedule
reflecting match expenditures.

The Department will be reimbursed by the Grantee for any portion of the Grant
funding provided to the Grantee under the attached Grant that was unable to match
our adequately document. Year 2000 issues. The Grantee further acknowledges that
the defense of force majeure shall not apply to the contractors failure to perform
specification requirements as a result of any date-related data Year 2000 issues.
