This SERA Cave Carnival and Spring Virgina Regional is hosted by the Mountain Empire Grotto, with the generous help of the Flittermouse Grotto, and sponsored by the Appalachian Cave Conservancy, which works with landowners in the Virginia/ Tennessee/ Kentucky border area to protect the Appalachian caves and karst. Bristol Campground is across the street from Bristol International Raceway in Bristol, Tennessee on State Highway 394. It's next to the Bristol Sports Complex and minutes away from dining and shopping centers.
