I have been using Map Source (the one that works with garmins)
It is an ok program, but it is lacking some detail. It is comparable to the USGS 1:1,000 scale maps.

One more thing to add, what types of caves are you interested in doing?
If you want to do small recreation caves, 100 feet will be fine. If you want to do harder stuff, such as the deeper pits in To ...
