In preparing for my move down to Carlsbad, NM, I have changed over the management of SITLA caves (Nutty Putty, Blowhole, Silly Putty, and Rabbit Trap) to Justin Epps. If you are looking to access any of these caves please refer to the Nutty Putty Access website off of the Timpanogos Grotto website and direct all permits, concerns, and questions to Justin Epps. I have absolute confidence that Justin will do a great job providing the necessary attention the caves need.

The state has also finally got around to filling in the remaining open mine shaft on the Nutty Putty hill.

The minor break-ins to Nutty Putty and Silly Putty have slowed. The gate and the permit system are being received better than expected.

Still very little visitation (close to none) has been received by any of the Utah Grottos. So far the clear highest visitation group has been from BYU-related groups.
