At the last grotto meeting, Chuck Acklin was elected into the office of Vice-Chair. So Chuck and I, as Chair, now have the task of appointing the other officers.

Richard Downey historically gets appointed into the position of Treasurer/Secretary/Librabian. I see no reason to change this.

Any one want to be considered for a position? Or does anyone feel that we need any new positions?
