After the meeting\, the awards committees meet to determine this years SERA Awards. During this time\, other committees and groups can meet. Typically\, the maps and photos from these salons are entered into the respective NSS Convention Salons. The winners of the SERA Awards and the salons are announced during the meeting. \nThere will be coffee\, bagels\, OJ\, and fresh fruit in the morning. There is no charge for this. \nIn lieu of a banquet this year\, there will be a catered lunch with a speaker or presentation. A catered Mexican buffet of Tacos and Fajitas will be available for $15 per person. All grotto members wanting the meal need to register and pay.
