Louisville Grotto Chili Cook Off

Chili Cook-off is about getting to know the Louisville Grotto and the Lone Star Preserve. Activities throughout the day include Property Tours, a Silent Auction, Hay Rides, and of course the Chili Competition!

• Hay Rides and Property Tours will be available throughout the day, weather permitting.

• Silent Auction: open from 3pm EST/2pm CST to 7pm EST/6pm CST.

• Chili: Chili entries need to be submitted for judging by 3pm EST/2pm CST. Entries are highly encouraged to be in crockpots, bring a serving ladle. Food will be served immediately following announcement of Chili Cook-off winners.

• Camping: Non-members can start arriving Friday at 6pm EST/ 5pm CST. A $10 donation per night per non-member is highly encouraged. Non-members must leave property by Sunday afternoon, unless accompanied by a Louisville Grotto Member.
