Tulsa Regional Oklahoma Grotto (TROG) is the NSS grotto for Northeast Oklahoma. We welcome those new to the caving community and generally have several or more beginner friendly trips per year. We typically are one of the more active grottos in this region, and have a lot of members from all over the state. Access to caves in Oklahoma is typically a little more difficult that what you might see in other parts of the country, but we usually manage to put together multiple really nice trips per year.
