Khammouane Vertical

2025 NSS Video Salon. HONORABLE MENTION. Produced by Peter Lenahan, 2017. The video covers a 2-week expedition in Laos in 2017. On the expedition we visited several caves. This film is about two small virgin caves which we surveyed, which are about 150 feet up a rock face. Also covered in this video is some of the lifestyle of the local villagers, and the struggle that exists in the Third World. This includes helping the village people improve their lives by drilling a well and installing running water to more than 50 houses in the village. This water project included installing 4 km of pipes.
