Welcome to the NSS Awards Committee

At each year's convention banquet, the NSS recognizes exceptional people both in and outside of the Society by presenting awards for outstanding accomplishment.  The Awards Committee encourages NSS members to submit names and support material for anyone who would make a good candidate for any of the awards.  Suggestions (including a resume of the person nominated) should be sent to the sub-chairs of the appropriate award anytime during the year, but before the November 15 deadline.

The purpose of these pages is to provide information on how the NSS awards process works, suggestions on how to write a good nomination letter, and information on how to nominate a member for an award.
