Dorm rooms are available on-site and nearby on a limited basis. When available, they will be offered on the registration page.

On-site tent camping is available for registrants and attendees.

The site property consists of 530 acres of fields and wooded areas for camping. There will be designated quiet and noisy areas, both conveniently located to the activities. Generators will not be allowed between the hours of 8pm and 8am. Water access is limited. Showers and bathrooms in the gym are available for campers and porta-potties will be set out around the camping area. Camper(trailer) size limit on-site is 14’ long fuselage length (not including the tongue).

Amenities include: 2 ponds, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and an on-site rock climbing area.

No RV camping at the Convention site, as parking is limited to standard length cars, vans and PU trucks. No hookups are available on-site. Small camping trailers meeting the above parking length requirements are OK. RV camping is available at nearby RV campgrounds listed below.
