How to Register
Please start by selecting a registration type (Full Week, Day Pass, etc.) below, add to cart, then if you want to add another registration or other items, select go “Back to Convention Shop”. You can then select field trips, workshops, and merchandise after, but you need to add each to your cart separately.

Refund Policy: 100%: Until May 16, 2026, 50%: May 17 – June 13, 2026, 25%: June 14 - June 26, 2026, No refunds after June 26 2026.
Mail In Checks - Instructions
1. Please email with what you want to register for to 2026convention@caves.org
2. Once we have connected and established what you will be registering for, we will give you an address to mail your check
3. After we receive your check, we will provide you with a coupon code to apply when you register
